It’s raining smartphones as after Lenovo Legion Duel launch, here comes the Asus Rog Phone 3 with a lot of similarities in hardware. Asus Rog Phone 3 design, pricing, and availability of different models are different than the Lenovo Legion. There are two different variants of Asus Rog Phone 3 – one runs Snapdragon 865+ and the other Snapdragon 865(Strix Edition).

Asus Rog Phone 3 hosues a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, 144Hz refersh rate. 270 Hz sampling rate, and HDR 10+ support. The display is TUV Low Blue Light certified proving its better eye comfort. It is pwoered with Snapdragon 865+ SoC, Adreno 650 GPU and 12GB LPDDR5 RAM.
THere’s a triplre rear camera featuring a 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 primary sensor, 13-megapixl secondary ultra-wide angle lens and a 5-megapixel tertiary sensor with f/2.0 macro lens. It is hefty upgrade over the ROG Phone 2’s dual-rear camera. Moreover, a single 24-megapixel selfie camera is presenton the front with 4K video recording support.
Asus is available with 256GB UFS 3.1 storage with support for external miscroSD card. In conenctivity there;s support for 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS/ NavIC, USB Type-C, and a 48-pin side port. A 6000 mAh battery with 30W fast charging support is present and the phone measures 171x78x9.85mm and weighs 240 grams.
It is available in two storage options of 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB for Rs 49999 and Rs 57999 respectively.
Asus Rog Phone 3 Strix Edition is also available with 128GB 12GB RAM, 256GB 12GB RAM, 512GB 12GB RAM, and 512GB 16GB RAM storage. The Strix Edition is available for 1000 EUR.
