On October 28th, Honor Mobile held a launch event to unveil a new smartphone. The brand unveiled the whole new Honor X30i 5G mobile phone. Even though the product adopts a straight frame design, i.e. it has a boxy design which is quite different from that of iPhones. That said, the phone only weighs around 175 grams and has a thickness of 7.45mm.
It is one of the slimmest and thin smartphones out there. The back panel of the device adopts a diamond colour process. The new Honor X30i 5G will be available in four colour options. These are rose gold, titanium empty silver, charm sea blue, and magic night black.
Honor X30i 5G Specifications!
Honor includes a 6.7 inches Full HD+ LCD screen with a punch hole with the Honor X30i 5G. It has a screen to body ratio of 93.6%, a resolution of 2388×1080 pixels, and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The frame of the mobile phone is made of customized high-strength lightweight aluminium alloy. It has been chamfered to improve the grip of the device.
Honor uses a multi-layer polyurethane composite ultra-thin screen and a low-dielectric ultra-thin PCB circuit board to make the Honor X30i 5G thin. In terms of performance, the Honor X30i features a MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G chipset. The chipset is built using a 6nm process. It has two 2.5GHz A76 large cores and six 2.0GHz A55 small cores. The new smartphone from Honor uses GPU Turbo X and Link Turbo X technologies. It will enhance gaming and call performance. The brand includes a 4000 mAh battery, and it supports a 22.5W fast charging tech.

In terms of imaging, the Honor X30i has a triple rear camera setup. It has a primary 48MP sensor which is a 1/2-inch sensor. A 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro lens follow the primary 48MP sensor. Honor includes support for the super night scene shooting function. It has an intelligent multi-frame synthesis algorithm. The brand also includes a Vlog function for both front and rear cameras.
The Honor X30i will be available in three variants. The pricing of the base variant starts at 1399 Yuan for the 6GB + 128GB variant. The middle variant with 8GB + 128GB starts at 1699 yuan. At the same time, the top-end 8GB + 256GB variant starts at 1899 Yuan. Honor has said that the product will be available for pre-sale from now. It will be available at Glory Mall and major authorized e-commerce companies starting from November 1st. It will be officially available on all platforms starting from November 5th.
