Huami

Previously, a few years ago, there was only a couple of Huami smartwatches you can acquire. But they were too popular. Many users called them ‘cheap Apple Watch’. And in some sense, we can’t disagree with this. This motivated Huami to design more amazing products. And though not all of them became as popular as their predecessors, Huami raised to the top. Now, on the market, you can find myriads of smartwatches carrying this brand. As for the new products, today, Huami Technology announced that the new smartwatch dubbed as the Amazfit Ares will be released on May 19. As the poster shows and as the company said, the new product will focus on sports.

Huami official issued a micro-text: ‘There are more than 70 sports modes that can be used to open sports games. FIRSTBEAT sports analysis is professional like a trainer! There are 5 days left before the new product launch of Amazfit Ares!’

Judging from the promo poster, the Amazfit Ares adopts the tough appearance like other outdoor watches. It adopts an octagonal color screen. The body and strap style are unified. And there seem to be three buttons on the right side of the fuselage.

Huang Wang, CEO of Huami Technology, previously disclosed: ‘Huami has been in the sports field for many years. And some users have feedback to us that they want a sports watch with a distinctive appearance. There is one listed quite recently. It supports 70 sports modes. I hope you all like it.’

The last time Huami released a new product was the CES 2020 Amazfit global new product launch event earlier this year. At that time, a number of new products were launched, including the outdoor smartwatch Amazfit T-Rex, true wireless sports heart rate headset Amazfit PowerBuds, and the fully foldable smart treadmill Amazfit AirRun.
