The foldable market is soon to get some new entrants as Galaxy Fold 2 and Galaxy Z Flip 2 are soon launching. Moreover, the major Chinese electronics giant and telecom apparatus maker is also on the verge to launch the next iteration of its foldable device Mate X. New patent design with a flip design has appeared on CNIPA (China National Intellectual Property Administration). It carries design similar to Moto Razr and Galaxy Z Flip.

Huawei flip foldable smartphone houses a module which could host a triple or quad-core camera sensor. A volume rocker and power button reside on the right side of the smartphone. There’s a notch display housing single camera on the front. A SIM slot, USB Type-C port and the speaker grill are present on the bottom side of the smartphone, while a mic and IR sensor appears on the top.
A large rear camera module is visible engrossing the 50% of the smartphone gives it a decent look. A hinge can be seen at the point where it folds. The 3D CAD design gives a more interesting look with a better overview.
It resembles the Galaxy Z Flip, and we hope it will be better fitted than the maiden approach of other flip foldable smartphones.
Additionally, Huawei Mate V appeared yesterday in a patent design which folds inwards unlike the Mate X. Xiaomi is also working on its foldable device as multiple related certifications are already live.
