Moreover, today, Guidingdroid shared some photos of the upcoming Huawei P50 series. It includes the P50, P50 Pro and P50 Pro Plus.

Among them, the Huawei P50 has a curved screen, the P50 Pro uses a waterfall screen, and the P50 Pro Plus has a curved screen. From this photo, the only design element that remains unchanged for all three is the front camera. The front camera hole is placed in the upper center part.

Anyways, the reason why the P40 and Mate 40 series insist on the large aperture hole is to bury more sensors, including 3D face recognition. Of course, Huawei can do as many holes as needed. Moreover, it can place them wherever it wants. But it has to sacrifice many functions for this. Honestly, designing a smartphone is not as easy as you may think. The manufacturers have to place too many components into a body that should also be thin and look stylish.

In addition, the spy photo leaked thus morning show that the Huawei P50 engineering machine seems to have a single-hole design in the upper left. Thus, it’s still unclear whether Huawei will locate the front camera hole in the center or in any area.
