Huawei is among the well-established technology brands in China. On April 21, the company started Honor 30 series sale in China. Incredibly, people rushed to the website to buy the handsets and recorded huge sales worth 300 million Yuan which translate to $43 million within a minute. Huawei shared the information on its official Weibo account.
Honor 30 is a well-packed smartphone series, comprising three handsets – Honor 30, Honor 30 Pro and Honor 30 Pro+. All the devices come with the support for 5G network connectivity along with different specifications in other departments. The sale includes tens of thousands units of Honor 30 series.

Moreover, the company also says that its smartphone business in the home country has recorded a growth in the last quarter. But it is encountering challenges to sell mobile devices in the global market. In the wake of the US trade ban last year, Huawei had also lost access to Google-owned services like Google Maps, Google Play Store etc.
In terms of technical specifications, buyers will get Kirin 990 5G CPU in both Honor 30 Pro and Honor 30 Pro+. Moreover, the Honor 30 Pro+ handset also features a 50MP primary lens besides a 16MP ultrawide sensor and an 8 MP Periscope camera. It also houses a high-definition display with 90Hz of refresh rate.
When it comes to the Honor 30 and Honor 30 Pro smartphones, both share the 40 MP main camera sensor as well as an 8MP telephoto sensor. But the Honor 30 has an 8MP wide-angle sensor against the 16MP wide-angle scanner on the Honor 30 Pro.
As per pricing, the trio (Honor 30, 30 Pro & 30 Pro+) starts at Yuan 2,999, Yuan 3,999 and Yuan 4,999, respectively.
