In addition to the Nova 8 / Nova 8 Pro and new MateBook D products, Huawei today also brought its first square smartwatch Watch FIT.
These vibrant models are available in pink, orange, green and black wristbands, priced at 799 yuan ($122). They have already gone on pre-sale and will start shipping on January 8. The New Year’s model is 899 yuan ($137), which will go on sale on January 15.
In terms of appearance, the Huawei Watch FIT sports a 1.64-inch color OLED screen with a resolution of 456×280, a 2.5D curved surface design that fits the wrist, and weighs only 34g. So we are dealing with a light and comfortable smartwatch.
As for core functions, there are more than 300 watch faces, 12 fitness courses, 96 exercise modes, real-time heart rate monitoring and feedback, independent GPS, continuous blood oxygen monitoring, convenient screening of sleep apnea risks, NFC bus access cards, etc.
Plus, the Watch FIT has a built-in 180mAh battery, which has a typical battery life of 10 days, a heavy battery life of 7 days, etc. Also, a fast charge of 5 minutes will make it alive for a whole day.
As a reminder, besides the Nova 8 line models, Huawei unleashed a number of other products at today’s conference. Among them, we should mention the Huawei Enjoy 20 SE, the Huawei MateBook D laptop, and the Huawei FreeLace Pro earphones. As you can see, at the end of the year, Huawei made everybody recall this brand. Moreover, it shows that no bans and sanctions can make this company despair.
