12. Next, you will get a status message that says Searching in the bottom. Turn off your device and remove the battery then reinsert it. Only if removable.
13. Connect your E311 device to the PC via USB while still turned off. In case the phone is not detected try pressing Volume Up and Down until it does.
14. The flashing process will begin and last about a minute or two with a progress bar shown on the tool.
15. Once the process completes you’ll get a green circle with download okay which means all is well. You can disconnect the smartphone and restart it.  

The initial boot might take a little while so do not panic. Sometimes it might take up to 10 minutes.
