Yesterday, Motorola’s Moto G play (2021) with Snapdragon 610 and a 4,850mAh battery surfaced on Geekbench. The device will be a successor to the Moto G9 Play launched last year. However earlier today, two new Motorola devices XT2091-7 and XT2081-4 appeared on TENAA with minute details.

Motorola XT2091-7 and XT2081-4: Details

Earlier today two more devices made their way into TENNA. According to the listing, XT2091-7, and XT2081-4 are allegedly the model numbers. Not much could be found, but the Motorola XT2081-4 will feature a 6.5″ display along with a 5000mAh battery.

Whereas the Motorola XT2091-7 will feature a 6.78″ display along with a 5640mAh battery. Both of them will the 4G enabled device and will run on Android OS.

Dimension wise, the Motorola XT2081-4 will measure 165.2×75.7×9.2(mm). Whereas the Motorola XT2091-7 measures 172×76.7×9.6(mm).

Additionally, both will support connectivity options such as TD-LTE, LTE FDD, WCDMA, GSM standard, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, and dual SIM support.

According to the GeekBench, the device is codenamed XT-2117. The Moto G Play (2021) has scored a mediocre 253 points for the single-core test and 1,233 points for the multi-core test. The device has recently obtained FCC and TUV Rheinland certifications as well.

As per reports, the device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 610 SoC coupled with a minimum of 3GB of RAM for its lower variant. And will ship with Android 10 out of the box. It’s worth noting that the Geekbench is just a testing platform. We can expect higher RAM variants and Android 11 out of the box during its launch.

The handset measures 165.3 x 75.4 x 9.5 mm. Moving towards the front, the device is expected to house a 6.5″ flat display with negligible bezels along with a single punch hole cutout which will house the selfie camera.

For optics, it will house a triple camera set up at the rear. Unfortunately, the camera specs haven’t been revealed yet.

Moreover, the pictures shared by Voice, indicated that Motorola has finally shifted the fingerprint sensor from the moto dimple towards the right side. Additionally, the phone will house a Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack. Apart from that, the device will draw its power from a 4850mAh battery. Good enough for a budget-oriented smartphone.
