Recently, The Mobile Indian reported that HMD Global will release the Nokia 5.3 smartphone in India this month. The landing page of the phone has now appeared on Nokia’s India website. The Nokia 5.3 measures 164.3 x 76.6 x 8.5 mm and weighs 180 grams. The phone uses a 6.55-inch LCD panel. It has a water drop-designed screen, which provides an HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio.

Under the hood, this handset carries the Snapdragon 665 mobile platform. The chip is supplemented by a 4GB or a 6GB RAM and a 64GB of internal storage space. There is also a microSD card slot for storage expansion. The phone is pre-installed with Android 10 OS and is expected to receive a two-year software upgrade.
