Original OnePlus 8T Key Features

The original model uses a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen with a flat design. From the iPhone 12 to OnePlus, it seems that this year everyone no longer pursues 2.5D or even 3D curved surfaces. And the major manufacturers have begun to return to graphic design. In terms of weight, the OnePlus 8T weighs 188 grams. Thus, it is slightly heavier than the OnePlus 8 (180 grams). The thickness has also increased from 8.0mm to 8.4mm. In terms of colors, the OnePlus 8T is available in silver and green.

The OnePlus 8T has a screen resolution of 2400×1080, a 20:9 screen ratio, a 120Hz high refresh rate, a sRGB support, a P3 color gamut, and supports reading mode, night mode, etc.

Under the hood, our protagonist hosts a Snapdragon 865, which is supplemented by an 8/12GB LPDDR4X memory and a 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 flash storage. In addition, the OnePlus 8T also comes with a 4500mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging, which is much stronger than OnePlus 8’s 33W.

In terms of photography, the OnePlus 8T has a 16-megapixel selfie lens on the front and a 48-megapixel quad-camera on the rear. The main camera uses the Sony IMX586 CMOS. It also has 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle, 5-megapixel macro, and 2-megapixel black and white lenses.
