Oppo A92s smartphone is now available in China. This follows the company’s low key launch of the phone which breaks with the tradition we’re accustomed to. The smartphone features stylish, quad-camera set-up at the rear. Twin hole-punch front camera and a fingerprint scanner on the side. It’s also 5G enabled. You can pre-order yours online, the device goes on sales officially starting April 29 in China.

Oppo designers seem to have put extra efforts on aesthetics of the Oppo A92s rear camera system. Images we’ve seen show two of the four rear cameras sit inside a square module. The module features soft-round edges with two placed on a diagonal pill-shaped cutout. The Oppo A92 launch follows closely that of the Oppo Ace 2.

Oppo has not yet revealed the full specification of the Oppo A92s. However, from details available, we know that it comes with 8GB RAM. 128GB External Storage. 6.57-inch 1080pdisplay with 120Hz screen refresh rate. 48 MP rear quad-camera system with the powerful Sony IMX586 image sensor, and 8MP front snapper with ultra-wide-angle image sensor.

There are twin selfie cameras at the front. 18W fast charging capable 4,000mAh battery. USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner that also serves as a power button. The Oppo A92 comes with an Octa-core (4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A76 & 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) chipset. Mali-G57MP4 GPU and run Android 10.0 and ColorOS 7.0 on the top.
Price and Availability
Oppo A92 will cost about 2,199 Yuan (~$310.89) for the 6GB/128GB version and 2,499 Yuan (~$353.31) for the 8GB/128GB version. The phone will be available in Black and White colours. You can reserve yours today at the Oppo online store.
