Last year’s Find X3 Pro was an interesting phone in several ways; with a unique design, it is backed by the latest hardware available on the market. It broke new ground in camera innovation. OPPO is looking to continue this heritage with its new Find X5 Pro, its flagship for 2022.
Features of OPPO Find X5:
The Find X5 Pro arrives with a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, dynamic scaling adjustments, and 1,300nits brightness, just like the Galaxy S22 Ultra. Like the best Android phones of 2022, it‘s powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, and it comes in a single model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
It has a 5,000mAh battery that now charges at 80W wired and 50W wirelessly, and the included charger will let you unlock those charging speeds. The interesting thing is that the charger works via USB PD to be used for other phones or laptops.
The design of the new smartphone is similar to its predecessor. And the case on the back blends seamlessly into the frame. The effect is certainly cool, and what makes it that much more exciting is that the back is now made of ceramic. That should make it more durable, plus its dust and water-resistant to IP68.
The big point of interest is the cameras. The Find X5 Pro has two 50 MP IMX766 cameras – one for the main lens and one for the ultra-wide-angle module – with 5-axis OIS, which is joined by a 13 MP zoom lens with 5x hybrid zoom. It will also feature a custom MariSilicon X NPU designed to deliver accurate skin tones, boost lighting in low-light shots, and generally make a noticeable difference when shooting with the phone in any lighting scenario.
Also, we get the Hasselblad integration to the camera of the new smartphone. OPPO manages to bring the natural colors in the camera; all the credits are given to the Swedish camera giant.
Price:
The moment of truth arrives: at what price is it marketed? The OPPO Find X5 Pro will cost 1,299 euros in Spain. The purchase begins today and will last until March 14, the date of its commercialization.
