After the successful venture of Poco F1 in 2018, the Xiaomi took a while before announcing Poco X2. Before announcing the Poco X2, the company annexed Poco brand from Xiaomi last year. However, the users are quite eager to see the new Poco F2 smartphone as the Poco X1 didn’t come out as the exact flagship killer smartphone. Surprisingly, the Poco F2 has finally appeared in the IMEI database revealing the model number M2004j11G.
According to a tweet from the popular Twitter tipster, Mukul Sharma, the IMEI database shows the Poco F2 bearing model number M2004j11G. Apart from the model number, there’s not any conclusive information available about the Poco F2.
Apart from the recent listing on IMEI database, the Poco F2 was previously spotted on the Eurasian Economic Commission website. The listing revealed the manufacturer and the product name as “Smartphone of the Poco Trademark.” Unfortunately, the specifications were not even found at that time.
There’s some talk about the Redmi K30 Pro being the rebranded version, but Poco GM, C Manmohan denied any claims regarding these. Moreover, C Manmohan confirmed that the Poco F2 will not follow the pricing of Poco F1.
Still, there’s some time left for the Poco F2 launch, we can see new developments after the nationwide shutdown is taken down on May 3rd.
