Oppo Ace 2 was launched back in April this year. It succeeded the Reno Ace which was launched back in October 2019. Rumours were circulating regarding its successor soon after that suggesting an imminent launch. However, a leak suggested that Oppo handed over ACE series to its sister brand Realme. That leak in fact turned out to be true. Earlier today, a reliable tipster has claimed that the Realme is working on a flagship phone under the Ace branding which might be powered by the Snapdragon 875.

In one of his post, tipster Digital Chat station claimed that the Snapdragon 875 might power the upcoming Realme Ace smartphone. The device might also come with a thin chassis. In addition, the post also mentions the inclusion of a super-fast charger.

We can expect the upcoming flagship to support a mighty 125W charger. The 125W UltraDart fast charger was unveiled back in July this year and is capable of charging a 4000mAh battery up to 33 per cent in just 3 mins. Until now, 65W in generally for most Realme flagship smartphones. The company has also offered the 65W charging technology in some of its new smartphones as well. Making them the only brand to offer such a massive charging speed at an affordable price.

Earlier this year, Realme unveiled its flagship X50 series smartphones. Hence, the timeline suggests that Realme might be inching towards its new flagship smartphone. However, we are not sure if it’s going to be the tease Realme Ace smartphone or simply an X60 series. But since X60 series hasn’t been making its way around, we are rooting for the Realme Ace series.

Apart from this, Realme is looking to introduce Realme X7 5G smartphone in India. It will be their first-ever 5G supported mid-range smartphone in the subcontinent.
