This morning, Realme held a new product launch conference, bringing the Realme Q2 series smartphones, the Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11, and several new accessories.
Realme Q2 Pro Key Features
This handset comes with the Dimensity 800U chip. The latter adopts a 2x A76 @2.4G + 6 x A55 @2.0G architecture. At the same time, it supports dual-mode 5G dual-card dual-standby. Also, on the front, the phone carries a 6.4-inch 60Hz AMOLED hole-punch screen. It comes with a peak brightness of 600nits, and fingerprint recognition under the screen.
There is a built-in 4300mAh battery, which supports 65W super flash charging. The body thickness is controlled at 8.1mm, while the weight is 175g.
The rear camera has four lenses of a 48MP sensor, a 119° super wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP sensor.
During the pre-sale period, the price of the 8+128GB variant is 1599 yuan ($237), and the price of the 8+256GB model is 1799 yuan ($267).
Realme Q2 Key Specs
The phone sports the same Dimensity 800U processor. But the same size screen uses an LCD material and has a 120Hz refresh rate. Because of the display material, the fingerprint recognition module is placed on the side.
The battery capacity has been increased to 5000mAh battery, but the charging power is reduced to 30W. The body thickness is 9.1mm, and the phone weighs 194g.
The back camera has only three sensors of a 48MP main lens, an 8MP super wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens.
During the pre-sale period, the price of the 4+128GB model is 1199 yuan ($178), and the price of the 6+128GB version is 1299 yuan ($192).
Realme Q2i Main Features
Unlike the above two models, the Realme Q2i sports a Dimensity 720 chip, which uses a 2x A76 @2.0G + 6x A55 @2.0G architecture. But it still supports dual-mode 5G dual-card dual-standby.
The screen 6.5 inches. It is made of LCD material and adopts a water drop design. The fingerprint recognition scanner is on the back.
Under the hood, the Realme Q2i hosts a 5000mAh battery, which supports 18w fast charging. The body thickness is 8.6mm, while the weight is 190g.
The rear camera has three sensors of a 13MP main camera, a 2MP secondary sensor, and a 2MP macro lens.
During the pre-sale period, the price of the 4+128GB version is 998 yuan ($148).
Realme UI 2.0
At the press conference, Realme Mobile also announced Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11.
