Redmi K30 5G Speed Edition announced

On May 11, the Redmi K30 5G Speed Edition was released. The 6GB + 128GB version is priced at 1999 yuan ($282). It will go on sale on May 14.

The biggest difference between the Redmi K30 5G Speed Edition and the K30 5G is that the former comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G mobile platform. The latter is Qualcomm’s latest mid-to-high-end 5G SoC.

Redmi product director Wang Teng introduced that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G has the following highlights:

On the GPU side, the Snapdragon 768G integrates the Adreno 620. The latter improves graphics performance by 50%.

As for the rear camera, it consists of a 64MP main lens, an 8 MP super wide angle lens, a 2MP depth of field lens, and a 5MP macro sensor. The battery capacity is 4500mAh, and it supports 30W fast charge.
