Update 09-07-2020 01:26 IST: Samsung Galaxy Buds SMR180R also appeared on the FCC with similar details.

The Korean giant is confirmed to host the Unpacked Event on August 5. The Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Watch 3, Galaxy Fold 2 and Galaxy Z Flip are some prominent device that we are expecting to launch at the Unpacked Event next month. However, the latest listing of Galaxy Buds 2 or Buds X on the FCC has added another product to our expected devices list.

There’s hardly any information about the device specifications that can be retrieved from the device’s FCC listing. The device is tested with Galaxy S9 as shown in the image below.

The latest Buds X name is derived from Galaxy Wearable App which lists the new name on the Samsung Wearable section. We also expect that the latest iteration of Galaxy Buds could be named as Buds X.

According to several leaks and speculation, the Galaxy BudsX will be priced around $150. It will be available with features such as ANC – Active Noise Cancellation. The new earbuds could feature bean-like design  It is expected to launch along with the Galaxy Note 20 on August 5 at the Samsung Unpacked Event.

A few days ago, the Galaxy Note 20 appeared on the FCC and some other certifications. It will feature an eye-protective display and some other high-end functions. There will be multiple variants of the Galaxy Note 20 including the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Moreover, a 4300mAh battery will be a part of the package.

We have to wait and watch for the Unpacked Event to get the actual specifications and pricing details.
