On Monday, February 15, the South Korean smartphone maker will launch the Galaxy F62 with an Exynos 9825 SoC and a monster-size 7,000mAh battery. The promo materials of this phone show that it will adopt a punch-hole display and a quad-camera design on the back.
Unfortunately, we don’t know the details of the quad-camera module. But Indian e-commerce giant Flipkart confirmed the primary camera on the F62 will have a 64MP CMOS. The rest of the sensors could be an ultra-wide, depth, and macro units.
A week back, we got various news concerning the Samsung Galaxy F62. That time, we learned it will feature a 6.7-inch screen, a 32MP selfie camera, and a 6GB RAM + 128GB storage onboard. This phone has appeared on GeekBench as well. The listing confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy F62 will come with a 6GB RAM.
In terms of pricing, colors and availability, the Samsung Galaxy F62 should cost less than INR25,000 ($345/€285) and come in Blue and Green colors. Though, it is unclear if all the RAM and storage configurations of the smartphone will fall under this price range. These color variants have already appeared in multiple teasers. They also confirmed the presence of a USB Type-C port at the bottom, coupled with a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Samsung Galaxy F62 will be the second phone in the relatively new Samsung Galaxy F series that began with the Samsung Galaxy F41 in October last year.
