Samsung Galaxy SM-A716V also appeared on the WiFi Certification. It would be the Galaxy A71s with added 5G support. The smartphone runs on Android 10 based A716U.001 firmware version.
Samsung recently launched a new Galaxy M01 and M11, later Samsung Galaxy A31 arrived in India. The Korean giant is preparing for the launch of a new smartphone bearing the model number SM-A516U. Samsung’s new smartphone has today appeared on WiFi certification giving us a glimpse of what’s packed inside.
Samsung SM-A516U runs on Android 10 and supports Dual-Band WiFi. It’s running on the firmware version A516U.001. There’s hardly any other information that’s present in the certification document. Moreover, it is quite difficult to speculate the specifications of the new smartphone ass there are scarce details available on the web.
It appears to be some upgraded version of the Samsung Galaxy A51 which carries the model number SM-A516, or the Galaxy A51 NR 5G variant which possesses the SM-A516N model number.
Samsung is also coming with the Galaxy A71s version which was spotted at WiFi Alliance a few weeks ago.
Samsung SM-A516U could be a 5G variant of the standard Galaxy A51s. These are mere speculation, we expect you should take it as a pinch of salt in the ocean. The same model appeared on WiFi Alliance a few ago also depicting a similar specification.
