After Samsung stated that they will be launching a 6GB RAM variant, Now looks like even Xiaomi is also preparing to launch a dual-edge display smartphone with a hefty 6GB of RAM. There are already rumors around that the device will likely have the moniker Mi Note 2.

On the internet, an image was leaked which exposed the smartphone’s dual-edge display panel has been surfaced on the Note 4 which is being launched on august, The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 might be launched in this month.

The device comes with a dual-edge display, Also it is a flat screen variant. It is reported that there will be a quad HD resolution for the dual-edge variant. Whereas the flat version display comes with QHD resolution, the flat screen version will be with Full HD one.

And the device which is still unannounced yet Mi Note 2 could come with two variants of 4GB RAM/64GB storage and 6GB/128GB storage options. The handsets will be powered by newly launched quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 with a 3,600mAh battery.

Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will be a metal body in terms of the build quality. Just like what is expected for the Redmi 4. Recently launched Redmi 3s handset in India has two variants of the handset. Rs 6,999 for the 2GB RAM/16GB ROM variant, And Rs 8,999 for the 3GB RAM/32GB ROM version.

The specifications are a 5-inch HD display with 720×1280 pixel resolution. 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor power ups the device. The device comes with 2GB/3GB of RAM. And 6GB/32GB of internal storage and supports microSD cards of up to 128GB in size.

Also, comes with hybrid dual-sim support and it runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow, 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front shooter for selfies with 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options ending up with a 4,100mAh battery.
