SpyDealer Android Malware: Android Malware’s are rapidly spreading worldwide. The malware is a severe danger for Android devices. According to the latest reports, a new Android malware is found known as SpyDealer. SpyDealer can steal information from above 40 apps which include Facebook, WhatsApp, Skype, and Telegram. The malware can easily reveal the private information of unlimited Android users.

The SpyDealer Android malware is valid on the devices operating the earlier version of Android OS. The malware affects the devices running mainly OS versions from 2.2 Froyo and 4.4 KitKat. As we all know, Froyo is not available on the updated Android devices. According to this month’s survey of Android distribution estimates, 26 percent of current Android users globally is probably unsafe to the SpyDealer Android malware. Researchers estimate that there are about two billion current Android devices which make nearly 500 million devices vulnerable to the malware.

According to the Palo Alto Network’s investigators, SpyDealer can obtain Android device data like contact details, messages, device number, call log, running Wi-Fi data, and location. The SpyDealer Android malware can also click photos from the rear as well as front camera, call to anyone on your contact list, click screenshots and much more without the information of the users.

The malware investigators have not discovered the reason from which the devices are being affected by SpyDealer. There is a proof which states that China was infected by settled wireless networks. The malware existed since October 2015. The exact number of affected Android devices and data obtained is not clear. The investigators will soon give the details.

The biggest search engine company ‘Google’ is notified of the SpyDealer Android malware. They have introduced latest awareness via Google Play Protect to fight against the malware. The investigators report some apps affected by this malware. Some of them are WeChat, Facebook, WhatsApp, Skype, Line, Viber, QQ, Tango, Telegram, Sina Weibo, Tencent Weibo, Android Native Browser, Firefox Browser, Oupeng Brower, QQ Mail, NetEase Mail, Taobao, and Baidu Net Disk.
