iQOO Neo3 is scheduled to arrive on April 23 if everything goes according to the plan by Vivo. While the launch is certain to happen, AnTuTu has published the benchmark score of the device. Read on for more info.

The iQOO Neo3 put in test bears the model number V1981A with 8GB of memory and 256GB of storage space. This device was able to attain an overall score of 608801, which is on par with what we’ve to expect from a Snapdragon 865 powered device. 

Vivo iQOO Neo 3 smartphone runs on the latest and greatest Android 10. The phone is powered by Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Mobile Platform. The base variant of the device should be of 8/128GB config. But, as featured in the AnTuTu listing the device should have an 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage variant also.

Vivo iQOO Neo 3 smartphone should flaunt a vibrant hole-punch LCD display. As revealed in the benchmark and other sources, the device should feature a crazy refresh rate of 144Hz. Note that, the recently announced OnePlus 8 Pro is capable of just 120Hz.

As far as the photography is concerned, a 16 MP Primary camera resides in a hole punched on the display. At the rear, there’s a 48+13+13+2 MP camera group with features like Digital Zoom, Auto Flash, Face detection, Touch to focus and some others. It is backed by a 4440 mAh battery.
