It has been almost 10 days since Vivo officially introduced us to its new phone in the S-series family, the Vivo S10 series. The Vivo S10 and S10 Pro were launched on 15th July in China and were marketed as upper mid-range phones by the company, i.e., a step below the flagship phone, Vivo X60. The main focus of these phones is a slim design and a redesigned camera. Now, let’s talk more about S10 and S10 Pro and have a closer look at the specifications of these phones.

Vivo S10 and S10 Pro specifications:
Let’s start with the basic model first. Vivo S10 features a 6.44″ HDR10+ AMOLED Display with a high 90Hz refresh rate to ensure a smooth experience while gaming. Vivo S10 is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 1100 SoC and is backed by a 4000 mAh battery. It also includes a whopping 44W fast charging support. Out of the box, the Vivo S10 runs on Funtouch OS 11.1 based on Android 11. This phone is available in different storage and RAM options such as 6GB RAM/64GB ROM, 8GB RAM/128 GB ROM, and 12GB RAM/256GB ROM respectively. The extremely thin size of 7.29mm and the weight of 173g guarantees that the users get the ultimate grip.
Talking of the cameras, the Vivo S10 comes with triple rear camera support which includes an 84MP primary camera, an 8 MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. On the other hand, you can see a 44MP primary camera and an 8MP ultrawide camera on the front. This explains the wide notch we can see on the front.
Other features include in-display fingerprint, USB Type-C, Dual-SIM, 5G, Bluetooth v5.1, and a dual-band Wi-Fi ac.
Now moving on to the Pro variant, Vivo S10 Pro. The Vivo S10 and S10 Pro differ only in one aspect, and that is the rear camera. As discussed earlier, Vivo S10 comes with an 84MP+8MP+2MP camera setup. However, in the Vivo S10 Pro, you can see an unbelievable 108MP primary camera, with an 8 MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera. The rest of the features such as OS, front camera, SoC, display, processor, etc. are all same in the S10 and S10 Pro.
The Vivo S10 series inherited its SoC and appearance from its predecessor, Vivo S9. Even though this phone is very similar to its predecessor, it doesn’t seem to stop the audience from buying this phone. According to the latest sales report from JD.com, this phone is already a hit and is undoubtedly a success. Now, let’s take a look at the price of these phones.

Vivo S10 and S10 Pro Price:
The Vivo S10 series is currently on sale on many major online platforms in China. The Vivo S10 8GB+128GB variant is priced at 2699 yuan on the 23rd and 24th July, and the Vivo S10 Pro 12GB+256GB is priced at 3399 yuan.
