Vivo has previously launched five smartphones from the VIVO Y20 series, namely Y20, Y20i, Y20s, Y20A and Y20 (2021 version). Today, according to GSMArena, VIVO released the sixth member of the series in India -VIVO Y20G.

The VIVO Y20G is equipped with a MediaTek G80 processor. There is also 6GB of RAM and 128GB of native storage. However, due to the microSD card slot, you can expand the storage to up to 1TB.

In terms of screen and camera, the VIVO Y20G uses a 6.51-inch HD+ LCD screen. In the waterdrop area, there is an 8-megapixel front camera. The rear camera consists of a 13-megapixel main camera + 2-megapixel macro + 2-megapixel depth-of-field sensors combination.

In other aspects, the VIVO Y20G comes with a side fingerprint sensor, a 5000mAh battery, which supports a charging speed of 18W. The charging and data transfer is implemented through the microUSB interface. By the way, the fingerprint recognition module can unlock the phone in 0.17 seconds. There are two color variants to purchase – Obsidian Black and Purist Blue.

The VIVO Y20G is produced by VIVO itself at the Greater Noida plant in India, and is part of the “Made in India” plan. The price of the machine is 14,990 Indian rupees (about $205). It is currently on sale in India. The phone is available for purchase through company’s local site, Amazon.in, Flipkart, Paytm, Tata Cliq, and offline retail stores across the country. Its availability in other markets remains unknown.
