Vivo Y50, a mid-range smartphone officially unveiled in China. The primary highlights of the smartphone is its huge battery and punch-hole display available at an affordable price. Vivo Y50 is available for pre-orders in China and the smartphone will go on sale on 26th April 2020. The smartphone will retail at 1,698 Yuan (~240). However, earlier this month Vivo Y50 was launched in Cambodia.

Vivo Y50 features a 6.53-inch full HD+ display with 2340×1080 pixels resolution, 90.7% screen-to-body ratio along with a punch-hole design. There’s a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC that pairs an 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The storage is expandable via a microSD card up to 256GB.
The smartphone features a quad-camera setup at back with 13MP primary camera + 8MP Wide-angle + 2MP macro camera +2MP depth sensor. On the front side, the Vivo Y50 carries a 16MP punch-hole camera that supports AI smart beauty functions. Vivo Y50 has a huge 5000 mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.

There’s a fingerprint scanner at the back for quick and better authentication. Vivo Y50 arrives in three different colors, including Glacier Blue, Silver, and Obsidian Black. However, Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO yesterday launched its flagship device Neo 3 5G. iQOO Neo3 5G is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC that supports 5G too.
