Now, You Can Use WhatsApp Feature To Hide The Blue Ticks
We all know, the rules of using WhatsApp. When you send a message, a single tick is displayed which means the message is delivered. When double tick appears it means the message is received. The ‘double blue tick‘ appears when the user has seen the sent message. Recently, WhatsApp has announced a feature known as ‘Read Receipts.’ By using, this feature you can disable the blue tick from the chatting page. Some of the users don’t like the blue tick which appears when the receiver read your message.
‘Read Receipts’ WhatsApp feature also has a limitation. If you enable this feature, you will hide the blue tick from the entire friend’s read receipt. Although, if you still want to use this, then follow a simple method. Open your WhatsApp account, Settings> Account> Privacy. There, you will see “Read Receipt” option. You just have to Untick that option to enable it. Remember, that Read Receipt doesn’t provide the option to disable the blue tick for only one person. The blue tick will be disabled from the group chats too.
If you don’t like the “Read Receipt” WhatsApp feature, then I have another method for you. There is also another method to do this, but you have to download an external app. The other method allows you to choose the persons for which you want to see the blue tick. WhatsApp Plus is the app which allows disabling the blue tick in WhatsApp and it is free. After downloading the app, go to the WhatsApp menu and tap the hide blue ticks option. This app also offers lots of exciting features like hiding online status, second tick, and notification.
