Xiaomi announced its first 65-inches 4K OLED TV in China. The main highlight of the new TV is its 65-inch OLED that it has a 120Hz refresh rate and the display also supports the 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels) resolution. It is priced at 12,999 yuan ($1840) and the smart TV will officially hit the shelves at 10 am on July 3.

Mi TV Master 65-inch 4K OLED TV is powered by a MediaTek quad-core MTK9650 processor and Mali G52 MC1 GPU. It pairs 3GB of RAM and 32GB storage. The new smart tv also supports HDMI 2.1, dynamic HDR, VRR (variable refresh rate), DC dimming, MEMC and professional-grade colour depth, professional display-grade colour quasi-Delta E1.5, and P3 wide colour gamut. Furthermore, it has professional game mode, 4K 120Hz, automatic low delay mode ALLM.
Talking about audio, the new smart Tv has a 65W in-built speaker system that includes 9 speakers creating a 3D panoramic soundscape. The Mi TV Master 65-inches 4K OLED TV runs on MIUI for TV based on the Android TV operating system. It also features a 4-mic array for XiaoAI voice assistant. In Connectivity options, the smart TV has a Dual-Band WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, three HDMI ports, two USB ports, S/PDIF, Optical port, ethernet port, an antenna port.
Currently, Smart TV will be available in China only. In the future, it might come to other markets like India but right now there is no official info. Although it’s very likely to be launched in India also as Xiaomi TV’s are becoming popular in both China and India. Stay tuned for more information.
