A few days ago, the Chinese technology master Xiaomi officially announced the Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop P in India. It is the same floor-cleaning concept that landed the Chinese market in August last year. With the latest development, the company added another smart home equipment under its ecosystem program for the Indian market.

Now, the news has appeared that the smart robot cleaner is going to provide a massive discount to Indian buyers. It comes with a price tag of Rs. 17,999 (roughly 235 US dollars) under crowdfunding program. At the same time, it is offering a discounted price of Rs. 10,999, which is about Yuan 1016.
This campaign is now live for 30 days to sell target 1000 units. After it, the company will start selling the robotic device from September 15 this year.
Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop P – Specifications
The latest smart robot vacuum cleaner features the dual-functionality, i.e. vacuuming and mopping. Further, the product follows the traditional circular physique with a magnificent exterior outlook. Xiaomi’s subsidiary Viomi has manufactured the device with 12 different smart sensors for smart operations.
Furthermore, it has an LDS sensor on the top to monitor the surroundings for accurate mapping. Additionally, it integrates some other smart sensors to add extra smartness to the work. Smart sensors prevent the device from falling down the stairs, enable automatic recharging, avoiding colliding with furniture/walls, and stopping when stuck somewhere.
There is the Japanese brushless motor on the Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop P that provides 2100PA of suction power. It has an adjustable air duct design as well. The Mi Home app allows you to schedule the cleaning, create virtual walls, and various other innovative functions.
It has a 3200 mAh battery (with wireless charging) to run from 60 to 130 minutes on a single charge, which means to clean a 180 m2 room.
