Back in May 2021, Xiaomi launched its new FlipBuds Pro TWS in the Chinese market. It came with premium features like ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) and a similar design to Airpod. However, the same was only available in Black color. Most consumers had requested the brand to launch one in White color. Consumers want a white color version because people wanted a cheaper alternative that looks and has almost the same features as Airpod.
Xiaomi is all set to unveil the next generation of the TWS in the Chinese market. In a Weibo post, popular tech leakster Digital Chat Station said that Xiaomi’s new in-ear noise-cancelling TWS headsets would look like Flipbuds Pro. Even though the charging case is still in Oval, it will be available in white color. The Flipbuds Pro comes with a price tag of 799 Yuan, which converts to USD 123. It features 11mm super dynamic drivers, which will help you to have a great audio experience. It has a 40dB active noise reduction capability and supports a multi-device connection. That is, you can easily switch between your mobile phone and computer.
The TWS also gets three microphones for advanced noise cancellation. Xiaomi tells us that it is the first TWS to sport the flagship Qualcomm QCC5151 Bluetooth audio chip. It also supports a dual transparency mode, enabling you to pay attention to the surrounding environment while playing music. The brand also added support for fast charging and wireless charging. Xiaomi claims that the TWS can cancel up to 99% of background noises. It has three noise cancellation modes which are Office mode, Daily mode, and Air Travel mode. Further, it supports Bluetooth 5.2 with Bluetooth Low Energy, aptX Adaptive dynamic codec protocol, HFP, A2DP, AVRCP, and SPP. The aptX protocol brings a low-latency mode that is dedicated to games.
